Some say New York City just wouldn't be New York City without all the never-ending construction and it's street closures, orange warning signs and the sound of sledge hummers tearing the concrete apart, to make room for even more concrete... We tend to agree. On this day around Battery Park the sound of power tools was however replaced, albeit briefly, for that of Bag Pipers music. Congratulations to Amanda and Marcelo!
